Welcome to protectyours.life (the "Site"), operated by ProtectYours ("ProtectYours," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting information through our quote intake process (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service.

1. Who We Are

ProtectYours is a lead generation and guidance platform that helps connect consumers with licensed, independent insurance agents and carriers for health and life insurance products. ProtectYours is not an insurance company, insurance agency, or carrier, and does not guarantee coverage, approval, pricing, or savings. All final coverage decisions, pricing, and policy terms are determined solely by the licensed agent or carrier you are matched with.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. By submitting your information, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3. The Quote Intake Process

When you use the Service, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, contact details, ZIP code, state, and coverage goals. We verify your phone number using a one-time passcode (OTP) before matching you with an agent. Submitting this information does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be approved for coverage, or receive a call or text within any specific timeframe.

4. Communications Consent (Calls, Text/SMS, Email)

By submitting the intake form and checking the applicable consent box(es), you agree that ProtectYours and/or its matched licensed agents/partners may contact you by phone (including autodialed or prerecorded calls), text message/SMS, and email regarding your quote request, using the phone number and email address you provided, even if that number is on a Do Not Call registry.

• SMS Program: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. No Broker Fees / No Cost to You

ProtectYours does not charge consumers a fee to use the quote intake process. This does not guarantee any particular pricing, discount, or outcome from a licensed agent or insurance carrier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization
• Use the Site or Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

7. Disclaimers

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that you will receive a quote, be matched with an agent, or obtain any specific insurance coverage, rate, or outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProtectYours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or service, or from any products or services provided by third-party agents or carriers.

9. Third-Party Agents and Carriers

Any insurance quotes, advice, or products you receive are provided by independent, licensed third parties, not by ProtectYours. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, or products of any third-party agent or carrier.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site and Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
